OILTECH TX NEEDLE OILS
TX0125
Oiltech TX0125 is a specially formulated needle running-in oil, for circular knitting machines. Its special features include excellent corrosion protection of machine surfaces, efficient cleaning of lubricant pathways in new machines, moderate water scourability for easier removal from fabric, compared with non-scourable oils, enhanced metal wetting properties for rapid spreading and penetration and excellent anti-wear characteristics. Oiltech TX0125 is designed for use during the first few hours of operation, after fitting new needles.
TX0122
Oiltech TX0122 is a specifically formulated shade cloth weaving lubricant.
TX222
OILTECH TX222 is a new generation needle oil designed to maximise
machine output with minimum maintenance. It provides effective scourablity at an affordable price, for applications where a balance is required
between cost and performance.
Primarily intended for use in high speed circular knitting machines,
excellent performance may also be expected in sewing machines, power
cutters, spinning rings and travellers.
This ISO 22 oil has the following benefits:
-Excellent anti-wear lubricating properties for extended needle life
-Exceptional oxidation resistance - for prevention of gumming in
machines and darkening in fabrics
-High film strength to cushion impact loads on cams and latches

EXCELLENE TX3 is a new generation lubricant for circular knitting
machines. It utilizes the latest lubrication technology to provide an
outstanding needle oil which maximizes machine output and minimizes
maintenance.
Its unique formulation enables it to outperform all other needle oils.
The result of extensive product development and user input, EXCELLENE TX3 is engineered to give exceptional scourability and anti-wear
performance. This product bridges the gap between conventional mineral based needle oils and high cost synthetic lubricants.
EXCELLENE TX3 is primarily intended for use in high speed circular
knitting machines, however excellent performance may also be expected in power cutters, spinning rings and travellers.
The viscosity grade of EXCELLENE TX3 is ISO 32.
CRYSTALENE FLUSH
CRYSTALENE FLUSH is a new generation, crystal clear flushing oil for circular knitting machines. Formulated with powerful gum dissolving solvents, this product also utilizes the latest anti-wear technology to protect the machine components from wear during the flushing process. The result of extensive product development and user input, CRYSTALENE FLUSH is formulated to give exceptional scourability. The product performs exceptionally well on pure white cottons, as well as pre- dyed and post-dyed yarns and fabrics.
