AEROLENE SHF
AEROLENE SHF is a new generation hydraulic fluid for applications where extreme and/or critical conditions apply, and where a less fire hazardous fluid is required.
A range of viscosity grades is available. AEROLENE SHF is a shear stable, thermally stable and clean running "fill for life" fluid. The result of extensive product development, AEROLENE SHF is engineered to give exceptional anti-wear performance, rust and oxidation protection, operating in a wide temperature
range. AEROLENE SHF has excellent viscometric properties, good lubricity and Factory Mutual approval as a less hazardous hydraulic fluid, FM Group 2.
HYDROFLUID HFR
The HYDROFLUID HFR range are anhydrous synthetic hydraulic fluids based on high quality organic esters. These are chemically and physically stable fluids formulated with an advanced additive package to provide high anti-wear and lubrication properties. These fluids have a low acid number, high viscosity index, high flash and fire points, with excellent lubricity and pump life. Hyrofluid HFR 46 and 68 meet Factory Mutual Class 2 rating as less hazardous fluids. Although not classified as fully fire resistant hydraulic fluids, their high flash point and auto-ignition temperatures make them more difficult to ignite and therefore safer to use than petroleum oils.
